UK Standard Delivery

We send all orders using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Standard UK delivery is £4.99, or free on orders over £70.

Please note that during peak times it may take us a little longer to despatch your order. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after despatch. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the UK only.

Shipping to Europe and international destinations is paused due to new customs regulations and high import charges on arrival. This may be reviewed in the future.

Delays & Missing Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email us at sales@sugaplum.co.uk with your order number and we’ll look into it.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Shipping Costs & Returns 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where an order is faulty or sent in error.
