What Is Sugaplum?
SugaPlum is a place for mums or dads and their daughters to find beautiful, age-appropriate underwear. Our underwear is designed exclusively for girls aged 13-16 years old, not women, to ease them into the next stage of their development.
Every SugaPlum range is made from Cotton with spandex and polyester for maximum comfort so that girls can wear it happily at school and play, every day.
You can choose from beautiful themed collections in a broad range of sizes starting from 28AA right up to 34D.

Will the bras provide full coverage for my kid?
Our bras do not contain any padding and we use the highest quality fabric and lining to guarantee that there will be full coverage.
Where are we located?
We are located in UK and we offer international shipping to all Europe. Just add 5-10 working days to the estimated delivery time.
Orders & Shipping
We will send your order by Royal Mail. We will inform you of any delays with your order. Please note: at peak times, it may take us a little longer to dispatch orders to you. Free shipping on orders over £50.

What is your return policy?
We hope you are delighted with your gift/purchase. We are happy for you to try on your
underwear, to see how they look and fit. In the interests of health and hygiene we ask that you try briefs and swimwear over your own underwear.
If you are dissatisfied with your underwear, we are happy to exchange or refund the cost of any items (excluding all sale items), provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
ORIGINAL CONDITION is unworn, with all labels attached and hygiene strips in place. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of refund for the loss in value of the goods returned where signs of unreasonable use are evident (unreasonable use denotes use of goods beyond what may be allowed in a shop).

All returns are payable by the customer.

Please use the returns form included with your order. Ensure all items are safely wrapped and the returns form is completed. Ensure all parcels are securely sealed.
Your returned parcel may take up to 7 days to reach us, once received you will be sent a confirmation email and your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Your privacy is very important to us. We will never sell, rent, trade or give away your private information to any third party for any reason whatsoever. Any information you share with us will be used to process orders and to keep you updated with changes in operation of the Sugaplum website.
