Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your gift/purchase. We are happy for you to try on your underwear, to see how they look and fit. In the interests of health and hygiene we ask that you try briefs and swimwear over your own underwear.

If you are dissatisfied with your underwear, we are happy to exchange or refund the cost of any items (excluding all sale items), provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

ORIGINAL CONDITION is unworn, with all labels attached and hygiene strips in place. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of refund for the loss in value of the goods returned where signs of unreasonable use are evident (unreasonable use denotes use of goods beyond what may be allowed in a shop).

All items must be returned in their original packaging unworn and with all labels intact for a full refund (excluding shipping cost) or exchange. Customers are responsible for obtaining proof of return. All returns are payable by the customer. Please use the returns form included with your order. Ensure all items are safely wrapped and the returns form is completed. Ensure all parcels are securely sealed.

Your returned parcel may take up to 7 days to reach us, once received you will be sent a confirmation email and your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

EXCEPTIONS

Any items bought from our clearance sale cannot be exchanged for items not in our clearance sale.

Item/s bought from our clearance sale maybe exchanged for a different item/s from within our clearance sale (item/s must be at the same price value) subject to
availability.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only.
