What is SugaPlum?
SugaPlum is a UK-based brand created for girls, teens, and their mums. We started with age-appropriate bras for girls aged 11–16, and we’ve since expanded our collection to include hoodies for all ages and bras in sizes that also fit older teens and women.
All our pieces are made with soft, comfy cotton blends — perfect for school, relaxing, or everyday layering. You’ll find sizes from 28AA to 34D, with more coming soon!
Do you only sell bras for kids?
Not anymore! While our core range is still designed for pre-teens and early teens, we’ve added styles that fit older teens and adult women as well. We also offer super comfy hoodies that can be worn by anyone.

What size am I?
You can view our Size Chart for help with bra sizing. If you’re still unsure, email us at sales@sugaplum.co.uk or use our contact form — we’re happy to help you figure it out.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the UK only.
International and EU shipping has been paused due to customs regulations and high import charges. We’ll update our customers if this changes in the future.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is £4.99 for all orders under £70.
We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £70.
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked services, and you’ll receive tracking info once your order is dispatched.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.
During sales or peak periods, it may take us a little longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only, within 14 days of delivery.
Only bras and hoodies can be returned — as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and still have all labels and hygiene stickers attached.
Panties are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstance.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Please include your returns form and keep proof of postage.
Once we receive your item, please allow 3 working days for your exchange or credit to be processed.
I bought a bundle or multi-buy offer. How do returns work?
Multi-buy and bundle offers (such as 3×2 promotions or set pricing) are conditional discounts.
If part of a bundle is returned, the promotion is void and the return is recalculated based on the full individual price of the item(s) kept.
To receive full store credit or exchange value, all items included in the promotion must be returned together.
If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are secure wallet services that allow you to pay using your saved card details. All card and wallet payments are processed securely via our payment providers.
For Klarna Pay in 3 and PayPal Pay in 3, instalment terms are managed directly by the payment provider. Our returns policy applies regardless of payment method.
How do returns work if I paid with Klarna Pay in 3 or PayPal Pay in 3?
Our returns policy applies regardless of payment method.
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your store credit, exchange, or refund (where applicable). Your payment provider will then update your instalment plan accordingly.
For multi-buy or bundle purchases, any return will be handled in line with our bundle returns policy, and the adjusted value will be reflected by Klarna or PayPal once processed.

Your privacy is important to us. We’ll never sell or share your data with third parties.
Any details you provide are only used to process your order or contact you about delivery or changes to the site.
